Our son is high functioning ASD and had been placed in the wrong program in school due to a misunderstanding. The school mentioned they would try to get everything situated but wanted me to leave him to start the program until they could schedule an ARD meeting. Unfortunately I wasn't going to leave my son in school to attend a wrong program while they figured it out...
