It’s crucial to enter meetings with data to back up discussions on a child’s behaviors, placement, and performance. Without documentation, you risk due process issues, as advocates or attorneys will request these records first.

In addition, providing proof that all accommodations from a student’s IEP and/or BIP have been provided is vital, especially when disagreements arise. Documents that teacher’s need to show in ARD meetings and parent conferences will be provided and demonstrated how to use during this training session.
