I cannot say enough amazing things about Alicia Tucker! We hired her to advocate for our daughter during an extremely difficult situation in the school, Mrs. Tucker was professional but stern. She was knowledgeable regarding our daughter rights in special education and really fought to make sure our daughter is in an environment that she is safe and able to excel in. We could not have navigated this without her and we will use her for any future meetings and ARD meetings.

Alicia worked with us to help our 5 year old receive the individualized IEP he was meant to have at school and made everything happen within one week of reaching out to her. Our son is high functioning ASD and had been placed in the wrong program in school due to a misunderstanding. The school mentioned they would try to get everything situated but wanted me to leave him to start the program until they could schedule an ARD meeting. Unfortunately I wasn't going to leave my son in school to attend a wrong program while they figured it out... The next day I reached out to Alicia and on that same day she reached out to the school and placed in the right classroom while his program was being sort out. A week later we attended the ARD meeting and we received everything in the program that he was supposed to have! We are very grateful for Alicia , without her I wouldn't of known how to navigate this situation. Not only was she in constant communication at all times, she is a very kind and understanding person. She always took her time listening to our needs. ❤️ I highly recommend her!
